The Whole Farm

The whole Farm covers a surface of 103 hectares, entirely cultivated according to organic parameters. The main aim is the respect for nature and the genuineness of the products.

Both the farm and the Farm House have gotten from the A.I.A.B. the Certificate as Organic Farm and Organic Farm House -Italian Association for Organic Agriculture, i.e. the most important agricultural commission in Italy regarding organic Certification.

The organic growing of the near farm are mainly fruit and vegetables, specifically:

• Strawberries
• Oranges
• Mandarine (Clementines)
• Grapes
• Cabbages
• Fennels
• Olives

The guests can buy all those organic products in the Farm House or enjoy their flavour in our restaurant.
Organic food and home made preserves are our specialities included in breakfast, lunch and dinner:

• Jams
• Fruit-shakes
• Fruits and vegetables of the season
• Extra-virgin organic olive oil
